Aletheia Délivré is a Design and Product Operations lead with 10 years of experience shaping public and private sector ecosystems, based in Alberta. Her experience spans four countries—USA, Canada, Belgium, France—where she's helped organizations build capacity and transform their tech practices.

Aletheia is currently the Manager, Design and Product Ops at Zapier. Previously, she led Design system operations and accessibility programs at Dayforce. Prior to that, she built a design team from 0 to 1 while leading the modernization of the Government of Canada's design system, designed virtual learning campuses for UNESCO, and established the operating model of new design-thinking innovation labs across Europe.

In her logged off hours, Aletheia likes to play amateur tennis with her partner, hone her digital drawing skills on the iPad, and admire custom woodwork pieces.
